ABOUT ME
Passionate & Compassionate Therapist/ Coach

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and have worked with children, adolescents, and families for more than two decades in various settings both therapeutic and non-clinical. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental place for my clients so that they can tell their stories and to find a new path with hope and purpose again in life. I am interested in working with issues related to depression, anxiety (Panic Disorder), trauma, adjustment (especially acculturation, life phase), relationship, parenting, church ministry and spirituality.

I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). I am certified to use CPP (Child-Parent Psychotherapy) to treat children with various traumas including domestic violence, serious accidents, and other life threatening situations. For coaching, I have completed Positive Psychology and Well-Being Coaching Certification. I enjoy working with all demographics: children, adolescents, adults, and families. My desire is to help you to be empowered to live fully and thrive with a new goal and meaning while finding a new path in life.
